Terms & Conditions:

• Users in restricted regions are disqualified from participating in the Binance Referral Program as referrers or referred users.

• Only verified users who confirm their registration and obtain at least one successful referral during the Promotion Period may qualify for rewards from Promotion A or Promotion B.

• All BTC buy and sell orders on Binance Spot and Binance Convert will count toward the calculations of cumulative BTC trading volumes.

• Users may receive rewards from one promotion only. If an eligible user qualifies for rewards in both Promotion A and Promotion B, he/she will only receive the reward with the higher value (i.e., up to $3,000 in BTC token voucher from Promotion B).

• Each new user can only be referred to Binance via one referral mode. If a new user registers for a Binance account via the Lite Referral ID/Link, the referrer will not be eligible for any commission-based rewards from the Standard Referral Mode.

• Sub-accounts cannot be used to participate in this promotion. Spot trades or Convert trades that are completed with a sub-account will not count toward the trading task requirement.

• Binance will use the price of the USDT trading pair at trading time to calculate the value of the BTC trades completed on Binance Spot and Binance Convert during the Promotion Period.

• Rewards Distribution:

  • Binance will use the closing price of the BTC/USDT spot trading pair at 2024-04-11 to facilitate the distribution of rewards.

  • BTC token vouchers will be distributed to eligible winners within 14 working days after the promotion ends.

  • Users will be able to log in and redeem their token voucher rewards via Profile Rewards Hub.
