The trust, identified by file number 10073958, is classified as a common trust and has not yet fully commenced operations.

The trust is noted as "not a statement of good standing," which may indicate that the document does not confirm the trust's current good status. Typically, good standing implies that a company is not in violation of state laws or has not been dissolved.

It is noteworthy that Canary previously registered the HBAR Trust, "CANARY HBAR TRUST," on September 18, 2024, in the same location, with file number 5145567, also marked as "not a statement of good standing." Subsequently, Canary registered the CANARY HBAR ETF on September 24, 2024, with file number 5231034.

On November 13, 2024, Bloomberg Senior ETF Analyst Eric Balchunas reported that Canary submitted an application for an HBAR ETF, which is set to track the native asset of the Hedera Network.

It remains unclear whether Canary Capital will submit an application for an AXL ETF, and further information is awaited from official announcements.
