TWISTER是一个去中心化加密凭证系统（Twister CASH SYSTEM）。该系统运用梅克尔链技术来建构一个链上资产交易匿踪系统。用户可以将数字资产转入到去中心化加密凭证协议中，并生成加密凭证，通过该凭证将资产转入任意地址。
TWS在波场链上开发合约，无须信任第三方机构，可以保障用户数字资产与隐私安全。加密凭证是一种「无限期无记名的电子凭证」，采用「非交互式零知识证明」(zk-SNARK) 以及混同式数据结构，能够同时保障本票持有者的匿名性、讯息传输和数据结构的私密性，即便是运用大数据追踪也无法追踪到用户的交易。
